Josh Smith

Josh has been with Systems Solutions since 2011. Between 2011 and 2018 he served in various technical positions with increasing responsibilities providing services to clients, overseeing projects, and managing personnel. In 2018, Josh was promoted to the position of Director of Support Services on the organization’s leadership team to oversee a staff of 21 that provide services to all clients. In addition to staff oversight, Josh also serves as one of Systems Solutions’ primary consultants to current and prospective clients. He is involved in technical solution development, HIPAA and Security compliance, and the development of business processes and procedures.
